Little spouts where coffee comes out may be clogged
The Orchestro worked fine until it slowly started to make smaller and smaller cups of coffee. And then it stopped alltogether. Pod unit no longer seals
I thing some sort of o ring, or seal has disapeared or fallen out because I can't use the pod unit, the thing that holds the pod no longer fits, leaks too badly to use. -

Water doesn't draw from the reservoir

We just recently found our machine, and we found it with white residue inside of the well where you put the water. I tried passing water several times thru the machine, but keep getting white particals. Can anyone give me some tips on how to clean this.

Seating of grinding mechanism
unable to seat grinding mechanism in grinder. Grinds briefly then stops. I replace mechanism, think it's fixed firmly in place. Then it falls out. I have cleaned out the coffee.
