    my burnham gas boiler works fine ,but when the tem
    my burnham gas boiler works fine ,but when the temp drops below 15 it wont fire. I can hear it going through its cycle , fluw opens, the pump starts the pilot states then it shuts of. if I go and shut the electrical switch of and wait a few seconds and tue it back on it wiil start

    PSI is at about 2 (manual reocmmends 15-20) How do I re-pressurise? Do I add water back into the system somehow?

    Pilot lights but cuts out and clicks. Hard to restart.
    The furnace will occasionally turn on but when it gets to temperature it cuts off and clicks for hours until it starts back up.

    gas boiler intermittent ignition. Replaced ignitor assembly 2 months ago after problem started. System sits in "idle state"-(pilot on,flue vents open,)

    burnham series2 relay
    when the boiler reaches the set temp. the relay starts to chatter for approx. 1 min.then will stop.this happens every time the furnace reaches the set temp.

    i havent a clue why.

    My Burnham Series 2 has suddenly decided to randomly extinguish the flame/pilot. I replaced the thermocouple but no change. I checked the flue and it's clean, altho I don't believe the blocked flue switch kills the pilot, merely prevents the boiler from doing anything but pilot. Today I came home…
