I need help with diverting phones... Usually at the end of the day to divert all calls all that needs to be done is press the relevant programmable button of whom is taking the after hours calls and from that moment on all calls to the office are diverted to the agents mobile number. I need to edit one of these numbers so that all calls after hours will be diverted to the agents new number.
