How do I connect it see the soap part and know i must be close

0 If anyone can't get their attachments to have suction, it took me all day but I finally figured it out. You attach the weird looking end to the front of the recovery tank after you take out the little panel that's removable. Then make sure the tabs on the recovery tank lid's front go under the matching tabs on the recovery tank - it won't have proper suction if that lid isn't on just right.
