freezer side works fine, fridge side not cooling. ...

freezer side works fine, fridge side not cooling. temp says 50-60 degrees when set at 36 degrees. Looks like back of fridge is iced up when I pulled the second to the bottom drawer out. Looks like a common problem with these units. Has anyone found a definite fix? Also would like to find a service manual for it too. thanks.
