Hi, We have 2 phone lines and a fax line. We transfer our phones to an answering service after hours. At one time we were able to transfer our main line to the service and have the other line ring in to the office. We aren't sure how or why we lost this ability but now both lines get transferred to the answering service when we hit time service. Any ideas?
