The Mitel Networks
3300 Embedded Voice Mail system is a complete, multi-language, business-grade voice
messaging system that offers unparalleled integration and features. With it, users can easily and conveniently
manage their voice messages with intuitive telephone prompts and complete integration with Softkeys on Mitel
Networks telephones.
The system includes a multi-level auto-attendant to conveniently and quickly route incoming calls to their
destination and supports alternate greetings to provide callers with important information while easing the
burden on reception staff.
As an embedded system within the Mitel Networks 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP), the 3300
Embedded Voice Mail is cost-effective and easy to manage. It delivers streamlined user administration and
system management, with the added capability of integration with Mitel Networks OPS Manager for customers
with varying network needs.
Through industry-standard networking protocols, the 3300 Embedded Voice Mail system’s features and
applications can be integrated into virtually any TDM-based PBX, offering customers a messaging solution
today with an intelligent migration path to IP telephony.

Auto-Attendant Features
The company greeting can be programmed to
automatically change from open business hours to
closed or after hours.
A company greeting programmed for use over holidays
or shutdowns that will automatically expire after a
specified number of days.
In multi-user configurations, each port can be
programmed to allowed distinct open, closed and
temporary greetings for different users.
3300 Embedded Voice Mail can be set up to play voice
mail prompts in two of the languages available. Outside
callers choose the language they want when prompted
by the auto-attendant. Subscribers can request their
preferred language from the system administrator.
Multi-level auto-attendant allows system administrators
to set up a hierarchical DTMF-based menu structure that
provides callers with individuals, departments, pre-
recorded information or allows them to leave messages
directly.
