Question About Anton/Bauer Battery Charger None
Does not power up with batteries installed. Fuse is good....

Installed batteries and power, but no response. Checked the inline fuse and it is good. Need maintenance manual to troubleshoot problems. I have two of these chargers dead at the moment.
