Question About APC Surge Protector None
I have a APC Back-UPS XS 1300 batter backup system...

I have a APC Back-UPS XS 1300 batter backup system thing and on the screen, the battery part, where it shows how charged it is, is blinking. The who bar is blinking and is not charging. Can someone tell me why and what I should do? ! :)
