0 I am not sure from your question which switch you are having problems getting to work.

If it is the power switch, that is located on the bottom right side & if it does not power up I would check the AC adapter to make sure the green light is lit. If it is & you are still unable to turn on the TV then I would suggest having someone who has an understanding of electronics take a look.

If it is the Input selection you need to change, press the top button bring up the menu, use the channel + & - to select the input then push the volume + to save your change.
