Question About Beyonwiz Stereo Receiver DP-S1
frozen screen...

We were watching tv, turned volume down and walked away tv froze on hdmi and now i cant do anything at all with remote. yes i have checked batteries and yes i have replaced them properly. have turned machine off then on again to no avail. please help, whatg can i do as the remote doesnt seem to be responding
