Question About Bosch Appliances Maxx 1000
stopped working...

Ihave a bosch maxx 1000 washing machine.its stopped with some water still inside.No red lights appear in nthe window and it looks dead.Door opens OK.Theres a little panel on the front left with a white knob! does this thing have anything to do with anything?
