Question About Briggs & Stratton 135202
How do I remove then replace the starter rope cover plate...

The starter rope cover plate is attached to the engine by what looks like rivets (they are the silver colored looking rivets in the picture). How do I remove the rivets from the cover plate then re-attach the cover plate once the rivets have been removed?

0 Just use some short sheet metal screws to hold the cover plate on.
