6 My engine is a YBSXS.1901VC 274466. The make is 12H802, the type is 3128, and code is B1. These were stamped into the metal on front side of the 6HP 21" Yard Machine push mower. It was a little hard to read.

5 I had the same trouble finding the parts manaul for this Briggs engine also. The numbers you found (as I did) are apparently not related to this motor at all. Above the muffler is a small metal plate (in my case, from trimming under limbs it got bent up and out of the way, is the info you need to get the manual from the Briggs and Stratton web site. The info you need is: First six digits are the model number Secound set of numbers/alpha code is the Type The last set of numbers is the engine code. I put in the six digits located on the plate into the Briggs site and Voila. Hope this helps.
