We have a S110UA exhaust fan in out bathroom My wife...

We have a S110U-A exhaust fan in out bathroom. My wife would like a quieter exhaust fan. Can the existing be modified with a quieter motor/fan assembly in the existing box? Or do I have to replace the entire unit? thanks
