Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower 944.361260
I have Craftsman Platinum lawn mower, 190 cc, mode...

I have Craftsman Platinum lawn mower, 190 cc, model no. 944.361260 purchased in 2011. I need to use the key start but it does not start. Why is this and what is the solution? Is it OK to use the key start while it is plugged into power? I have not tried this but am wondering. Thanks Eileen Danyluk
