0 HI TERRY : I HAVE IT IN PRINT FORM, BUT IT'S 52 PAGES LONG , PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES . IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR SECTION YOUR LOOKING FOR , I COULD SCAN IT AND SEND IT TO YOU .
