I have a Defy dishmaid super silent and it does not clean the dishes, it takes water, goes through the wash and rinse programme, but does not dissolve the soap tablet and the dishes are still dirty. I have cleaned all the filters and put salt in the salt dispenser. Please help

0 I am currently experiencing the same problem with my defy dishmaid super silent machine it draws water goes through the was cycle but the soap does not disolve and the dishes are not clean I too have opened and cleaned all the filters I've added salt and rinse aid to the various dispensers and still no difference I've also consulted the user manual and there's nothing in there that can assist please help
