1  I have set my fridge to quick fridge and added fresh meat and then hours later it start to flash a red alert so I tried to reset but no help what must I do to remove the alert. Pls help

0 I have the same problem, and am in South AFrica, please what should I do - the unit is in excellent condition and about 10 years old, and this is the first time I have had a problem with it

-1 I have worked out that it is if you over pack/load it and also put too much on the top shelf. It hasn't helped to change the thermostat, or the fan. It is so irritating because if you don't notice it, it actually defrosts the freezer. It sometimes helps if you press the super freeze button immediately you put stuff into the freezer.

-3 I'm also having the exact same problem. I've pressed the fast freeze button and then it goes away, but after a couple of hours the red alarm light flashes again. help please.

-8 We have switched the fridge on and off. Alarm light goes off and back on again. First freezer wasn't freezing and now fridge side not cooling either. What could the problem be?
