0 That's not the manual- anyway if I recall- and I'm here trying to find manual myself- "I" activates rapid (30-min) charge feature- provided no more than 2 batteries are charging, and both in the first 2 slots marked "30 min"; placing them in other slots, adding a 3rd or 4th battery will cause it to default to standard 4-6 hr charge, the same as "II"- which simply puts all cells to standard
