our DC40 ball will not start..is plugged into… proper working outlets,and us it daily normally.It has been perfect til now .is there a reset button...repair.did not recieve an owners manual.

1) Vacuum only sucks through wand can't find out… how to get it to suck through the base (rotating brushes)? 2) Will not stand upright - handle always flops down?
