My dishwasher spits brown scum spots all over dishes and...

My dishwasher spits brown scum spots all over dishes and inside dishwasher during wash and is hard to get off, I have used several dishwassher cleaners and it only help for one wash then back to the scum, How do I fix this?? please help and Thank you!
