0 Machine starts if I add few drops of fuel directly into carb but then shuts down... What's the problem?? I found this manual. How to get started with Drive

-1 husky 173cc Kohler Courage starts and immediately shuts down. then it won't start till it sits for a bit then starts right up then shuts right down.
