Carrier Infinity Control thermostat shows "Routine...

Carrier Infinity Control thermostat shows "Routine Maintenance Recommended" notice. Neither the "Dismiss Notice" or the "Remind Later" buttons do anything. Therefore, I cannot see the temperature setting of the thermostat.
