The power cord to my tablet never did work right and when I plugged it into the tablet I had to position it just "so-so" so that it would connect. this was from the very first day I had it. I told my son that there was something wrong with it but he didn't think so. Mothers know better because the metal prong just fell off of it. I need to know where, if possible, I can send to get a new power cord for my tablet or I won't be able to charge and use it.
