i have a portable air conditioner im not sure what the...

i have a portable air conditioner (i'm not sure what the serial is) and all of a sudden it turned off and the alarm light is on. i can't turn the aircon on anymore and don't know how to turn off the alarm thing!! i've unplugged it a million and one times, i'm at a loss. is there a manual or does somebody know how to fix this? it is so hot!!! please and THANK YOU
