Agway riding mower has no speed, I have just replaced both drive belts, new idler pulley, new spring on idler pulley when it put in gear I just wants to crawl along will pick up some speed when you pull back on the clutch but not the speed it should. I have tried to adjust the linkage with little success in improving the speed.
