Omega oven dials...

Can't understand how to select correct cooking dial. Have no manual, this was second hand. Have a family of 7, help appreciated

0 I have the manual in PDF but can't find how to upload and share.  I contacted the Australian OMEGA distributor, they kindly emailed me the only copy they have, a scanned copy of the original.

Clockwise the settings are.
1. Top & Bottom Heating Elements
2. Bottom Heating Element
3. Grill
4. Double Grill
