can this be used to hook up head unit to four klipsch r-2650-csm 8 ohm speakers which is a total 8 sets of two wires or 16 total or 8 + and 8- will it raise the out put of a 200 watt pioneer from 4 ohms to 8 ohms thanks also have a sony xplod amp model 2252hx that says high level input on back would this amp run 81/2" klipsch i have amp i could put on my bass thanks foo i know a 400 watt 4 chnl 4 ohm bridgeable amp would run one klipsch 8 ohms @ 200 watts on each side is there another way here for me
