Question About HOMKCR-26Y
E2 problem. Know what it means???...

I have had trouble with this air conditioner ever since I brought it. I think I purchased the lemon. Brought it so my kids wouldnt freeze. Guess what, they are still freezing. What is E2 code problem??

4 According to the product manual, code "E2" means the water tank is full of water. Turn off the unit and empty all the water out from the drain plug on the rear of the unit. You must drain the system with regular use as water builds up from condensation - just like any other regrigerant appliance ie fridge etc.

0 Thank you. I acquired a second hand unit off my uncle and only started using it yesterday. This morning the E2 error came up and I thought great! Easily fixed thanks to your help Rob.
