I requested manuals for a gas fireplace. Email June 12 said,'Your manual is ready,' but I couldn't find it on site. Saw msg., 'While we work on adding your manual, let's solve your problem.' Is the manual here and I just can't find it? Are you still working on finding and/or adding the manual? Installer has requested installation manual before proceeding.
