I have a warming mattress pad "midnight retreat". ...

I have a warming mattress pad "midnight retreat". after plugging in one of the controls only show a "square s shape" and doesn't work. I thought I possibly had wrong control on each side of bed. I changed it and still have same problem. Can you tell me what to do?
