I have just bought Delta soup maker. Vague instructions and not sure when I use filter. Is there a recipe book for guidance?

4 I asked on facebook and apparently you put filter tube in if you want chunky soup and put the veg you dont want blending on the outside and any you want blending on the inside. If you want smooth soup leave the filter out

3 i bought one this morning and have the same problem do you put the filter in with the food inside the filter or outside as well??? instructions not very good at all

0 I have just made 2 terrible veg soups first one i put inside the filter the second outside but both not what i expected. I am also unsure on how much water to add. Has anyone had any success yet.

0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxMaMji1OCA may be of some help i just bought mine yesterday and found that it didnt blend on first attempt so i did it again. however following the second time there was still chunks of veg, so i removed the filter and did a blend. the result - perfect soup.

0 well what a load of crap this soup maker My brother makes soup all the time so I rushed out and bought the first one I saw bad mistake no reciepy book or good instructions he told me to take it back but I ignored him, again bad mistake The soup maker he has got is so simple to use a 5 year old if you let them could do it Simple just add what sort of soup you are making into a big looks like a kettle on with the lid set the button to how you want it purra or chunky 25 to 30 mins bingo
