Inducer Draft Blower Motor Runs, heater never ignites

for goodman forced-air furnace with cooling PGB036075-1A

Inducer Draft Blower Motor Runs when the thermostat is set to heat the heater never ignites. The Draft Blower motor comes on and runs constantly, the gas is on and has been checked to the unit and is supplied. When the thermostat is set lower than the existing room tempature the Draft Blower Motor turns off. The A/C can be set on this unit and functions fine cooling and operating correctly.
