Question About White-Westinghouse Selecta FS 1146
owner's manual...

Please help. The water doesn't drain properly from the drawer that the detergent is put in, and there's soap residue on the clothes. I need to know which section is for each substance (soap, softener, bleach) and how to get the water to drain completely. Thank you.
