PLUGGED IN, THE POWER LIGHT ONLY COMES ON WHEN I OPEN THE STAPLE LOADING TRAY. I CLOSE IT, AND IT STAPLES FINE....BUT ONLY ONE TIME, AND THE LIGHT GOES OFF WHEN I CLOSE THE STAPLE LOADING TRAY.
