0 Slow cooking with Tower Digital cooker is a mystery to me. I am used to leaving slow cooking recipes for 6 to 8 hours, This cooker sets slow cooking time at 57 minutes and lets a maximum of 20 minutes to be added. That's not slow cooking. Also even if I fill the bowl with liquid it boils dry in the short cooking time. This slow cooker is nothing like any other slow cooker I ever used:(
