I purchased a set of life time pots & pans in 1970 and the handles are broken off. I would like to find new handles but don't know the company that made them. On the back of the pan is Forma Plex Stainless steel Thermo Sentinel 304 18-8 columbium made in USA. Can you help me locate where I can find these handles. Thank you,

5 I just received my replacement handles and knobs. Use the number 1-800-828-8707. They will fax you an order form. Long handles are $10.00 each, side handles $8.00 each, knobs are $8.00 each, long screws and short screws are $.75 for each handle and flame guards are $1.00 each. Hope this helps.

5 I was going to tell you about these "generic" handles I just bought but when I put Thermo Sentinel in Google just now it came back with this. Definitely worth the try. I'm going to contact them next week. Let me know if you want the link for the generic handles. My husband had to get different screws plus make the insert for the screw larger. http://thermosentinelcookware.com/

4 Hello, My name is Cherie. If the knobs on the top of the lids are the ones that have the red color changing center, this is my grandfather's business. I apologize for the difficulty..he is 80 years old, and hasn't caught up with the times. I am currently working to remedy this problem. In the mean time you may contact me at iggee002@yahoo.com. I will be happy to help. Thank you :)

4 I also bought this cookware back in the 70's. TSCO Corporation bought Thermo Sentinel. They can be reached at 724-356-2500 and their mailing address is P.O. Box 83, Hickory, PA 15340. Good luck! I just checked them out on the web and they are still in business.

3 Forget my previous comments. I just called the 800# and it has been disconnected. I will continue the search. If anyone has any suggestions, please post. I will check at a later date.

0 Don't call the number i gave you, it's a pizza place! I'm going to continue researching this because I need handles also. The last time I bought from TSCO was in 1984!

0 Like you, found telephone number for TSCO was a pizza place. If you have any luck researching Thermosentinel's whereabouts, please pass on the info. Thermosentinel has an e-mail; address in Mexico but don't know how valid it is

0 Will do. I found an address with the owner of TSCO's address. I have to write a letter and will let you know the outcome.

0 I TO NEED HANDLES, HAS ANYONE FOUND WHERE I CAN GET THEM?

0 I wrote a letter to TSCO Corporation from the address I found in the Dept. of PA Corporation listings and the letter came back as "undeliverable." So far, no luck. I did find some generic handles on line. The screws are not the same thread as the Thermo-Sentinel screws and the hole on the handle for the screw has to be made bigger. My husband is going to try to get them to fit. I can let you know if it works out and give you the information to order if you'd like.

0 Thanks to all of you who have searched and found access to these handles. Have had my pans since 1978 and this is the only problem I have ever had with them. I hope to pass them on to one of my family someday. Was surprised that you needed to pay for the handles and hardware. Thought everything was under the lifetime guarantee. Guess just the pans themselves. Again thanks.

0 I just received my replacement handles. Thanks to the person who provided the 800-828-8707# and prices. The full turn around time was less than a month. I love my cookware that I purchased in 1971. It is still in great shape and now has good handles.

0 I have the large pot left to my thermal sentinel set because I gave the others to my daughter after she got married. I thought I needed to move on to the silver stone. I have wished many times that I would have kept my set. It cooks great and the clean up is even better.

0 I sold Thermo-Sentinal Cookware from 1972-75 to a number of friends and family. Most informed me that the (sentinel) no longer changed color after the first year. Not that it really mattered. The 304-18-6 was the grade of surgical stainless steel used. The lifetime guarantee was in reference to the lifetime of the product, not the customer. Hal Walls was like a father to me. Unfortunately, he was from the Glen W. Turner School Of Business.

0 Cherie, thank you! I knew the person who was repairing the pots and pans was elderly just by the handwriting. I was hoping that he was training a replacement and looks like he has! God bless him and you!

0 Thank you, I called late on a Sunday night and to my surprise I talked to a real person. I have been looking for years or replacement handles.

0 We have had our set for over forty years. They are great, but I can't find replacement knobs. Is there a recent phone number or address?
0 does anyone know if the company that sells the handles sell the cookware. My wife gave her daughter my set after we moved. I told her not to get rid of them but she did I want a new set
