want start unless clutch is depressed in neutral

0 there is a neutral safety switch in the clutch lever. small black switch with a spring its screwed try wd40 or replace it .they screw up all the time. some times you have to have it in neutral and fan the clutch to get you bike to start.you can always just jumper the 2 wires together and call it aday
