THERMOSTAT SETTING INSTRUCTIONS...

I CANNOT LOCATE MY INSTRUCTIONSFOR SETTING MY 10 YEAR OLD WALL THERMOSTAT. DOES ANYONE HAVE THEM. I JUST NEED TO SET THE TEMPERATURES FOR THE WEEK, I DON'T NEED TO MOVE THE THEMOSTATE.
