I have a panasonic sa_max 170 it makes a loud hiss...

I have a panasonic sa_max 170 it makes a loud hissing noise from speakers when turned on and i cannot get any function to work unless it is turned off and restarted and then it works fine. What could be causing this

0 when on power then HELLO then USB then F76 and immediately set again
