My juicer HR 1832/45/AJ the pulp collector is stuck

7 Yes, we have used ours three times and the pulp collector welded itself to the base. By inserting the handle of a tea spoon you can prise the two components apart but beware you are likely to damage the pulp collector irreparably. The two eventually separate with a loud crack and two matching scars are left on both parts!! Presumably this amount of heat build up could even be a fire hazard!! I'd take the machine back for a full refund if you can.
