I have one of these remotes for my hotel but i have no users manual for it Thanks

0 I can't provide a manual for this remote but knowing the following procedure will let you figure your way through the use of the remote. You need to get into Commercial Mode to change settings on the tvs. To do this slide the switch on the side of the remote to SETUP position. Then you need to enter a sequence of numbers on the remote followed by pressing the M (Menu) button. The number is 024995 then press M. Hope this helps.
