wildthing idles high after changing primer bulb… .......runs fine..just won't idle down...have to use the brake to hold chainstill....any ideas

Mower wont crank. have checked battery, (good… ). repl'd starter and solenoid. cleaned contacts on seat switch, and what I believe to be the blade engage switch...Wont even give me a click....started fine
