Question About RCA RCA TV 27F522T
Owner Manual...

My brother passed away and I was given the TV I had bought him but we could not find the manual that goes with it. I am unable to get the channels set up as it goes to about three channels and then starts back over the same three channels. Please provide me the manual or instructions on what I need to do to get the channels set up. Thank you
