Question About Reliant Model DD34
I have a reliant shaper model DD34 the manual does...

I have a reliant shaper model DD34 the manual does not explain how to adjust spindle belt tension speed, it mentionx a belt tension handwheel which I cannot locate??? The original v-belt seems to be in excellent condition.
