The "PLAY" and the "FF" buttons are not working fo...

The "PLAY" and the "FF" buttons are not working for programs saved on the DVR. They did work before. Am I missing a step or do I need a new "Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300HD" controller from Time Warner Cable? Stan Kanderski stankanderski@gmail.com
