I have a SPC136... Power went off and now, even with battery back up, it will not display the time. I know there is power to the unit because the phone charging port is working. What do I do to get the clock to work??

-2 I have the same issue. We were on vacation and the power at home, now the display won't work. I have the same problem, the outlets work as does the USB port and I even changed the battery but no display.
