Question About Sharp SPC364
no outside temp reading...

We bought a Sharp atomic clock. It worked but not the outside temp reading. Took it back to Sam's and got another. No outside temp reading on the 2nd one either. checked the Channel. Ch. 1 on the transmitter and the clock. Can you help?
