I need directions on how to fill the neck personal cooling system 3.0

5 There should be instructions on the inside of the neck-piece, but below are the instructions on mine. The bending arms each have sponge material in them that hold water. Hold unit over sink while filling with water. Slowly fill each chamber (each arm) until excess water flows from the unit. Repeat the process to assure saturation of sponge material inside each chamber. Shake unit to remove any excess water. Hope that helps!
